Delete your account

You can delete your Dogs4u account at any time.

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Dogs4u and sign in.
2. Menu ☰ → Settings.
3. At the bottom: Delete account → confirm.

Delete without the app

Email nearu@nearu.co.il from the email address you signed up with, or include the phone / WhatsApp number you signed up with. We will verify ownership of the account and delete the account within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

• Your account: phone, name, city, preferences and notification tokens.
• All your listings and their photos, likes and blocks.
• Messages, voice notes and files you sent in chat.

What may be kept

• Backups - purged automatically within 14 days.
• Reports and security logs - up to 12 months, to prevent abuse and comply with the law.
• Information we must keep by law.
